Cancellation, Exchange, Returns and Refunds Policy

● Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
● Products on sale or purchased with a coupon or gift voucher are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchange. Please go through the size chart carefully for on-sale products.
● If you have received a damaged or wrong product, please provide this information by calling +91-8094113388 and sending it back to us with your order number. After sending the product back to us in the same condition, we shall send you a fresh piece.
● We offer you the ease of cancellation of your prepaid and COD orders within 24 hours of order placement. In the case of prepaid orders, we can offer you a refund for the same amount or a credit note for the same amount.

● We also reserve the right to cancel or not accept certain customer orders due to various reasons that may include reasons such as unavailability of fabrics/raw materials, wrong product listing or pricing on the website, and intimation by our analytics team for payment-related or fraudulent practices issues, etc.
● In the case where prepaid orders are canceled by Aachho, we shall refund the complete amount of the order in their registered bank account with us and inform the customer about the same via mail on their registered email ID. Our decision to accept or cancel shall remain final and binding.
● Credit note: The validity of the credit note issued for order cancellation from our end will be valid for 30 days and the rest credit notes will be valid for the next 10 days after the date of issuing.
Exchange & Return Policy
● The exchange policy is applicable only in case of a damaged product or the wrong size received.
● The product can be exchanged within seven days of the delivery date.
● Exchange is allowed only once per order with the same products only.
● Replacements are done free of cost in case of wrong products (incomplete sets or incorrect style), wrong sizes (sizes other than that ordered), or damaged products received by the customer.
You can either call our Support Number +91-8094113388 within 07 days from the date of delivery. The details of the return (Order number, courier docket No or AWB No, and Reason for Exchange) should be shared with Customer Support.
Guidelines for a valid return:
● The product if any, should be in the original condition as delivered.
● Tags should be retained and returned along with the product.
We do not provide any returns or refunds on products once sold and delivered. We do offer a size exchange option for purchased items. You may refer to the same under “Return & Exchange Policy” on our website.
